DOTTIE ??? 2 yrs old 40 lbs Dottie is an exemplary fighter who has successfully survived the shelter and a near-fatal bout of pneumonia. She is now ready to embark on a new chapter in her life, one complete with love, companionship, safety, patience and serenity. Dottie's capacity for forming strong human connections is underscored by her affectionate nature and ability to execute commands such as sit, come, and fetch. While potty training remains an ongoing process, Dottie has demonstrated significant progress and is skilled in using training pads. Additionally, she is crate trained and exhibits good walking behavior on a leash. With thoughtful introductions, Dottie is expected to interact harmoniously with other dogs, as she has done with her foster mom’s larger dogs. Her fondness for toys, chew bones, and treats is evident, and she is highly motivated by rewards.
