I am believed to be a dalmatian mix (DNA test pending) A little about me I am a high energy dominant male dog, which means I need someone who can be an authority figure to me and tell me no, someone I can look at for corrections.( this does not mean i am a mean or aggressive dog) It means, when introducing me to new friends I need some time and a proper introduction, listen to me and watch my body language. I do get along well with all dogs I just tend to think I’m the one in charge, I only bark at the ones that I may feel threatened or intimidated by, but that doesn’t mean I’m not nice I just have a different love language then other dogs. My perfect family would have a yard for me to play in, time to spend with me and hang out with me as I love to cuddle and receive pets and give kisses. I am very smart and learn well with consistency. I do well with crate time, once I’m in there treats help motivate me if I get in play mode and think that going in is a game, however if it’s feeding time, I go willing. 100% treat motivated. I will alert you that I have to go potty when I’m in my crate. I’m working on not having accidents. I do better when my water is managed so that I don’t have accidents. But best case scenario for everyone is if your home more than not so I don’t have to spend many hours crated. Overall I’m a great boy. I have a big bark which is great for protecting my future family. All I need is proper introductions to future furry friends.
